Halle Berry's ex Gabriel Aubrey has gone to court again to renegotiate his parental rights.
Berry and Aubrey have three-year-old daughter Nahla together. The couple separated in 2010 and have since had several visits to court in an ongoing custody battle.
Aubrey's lawyer went to court in Los Angeles Friday morning to request that the family court judge alter the most recent guardianship agreement he made with Berry in August.
The pair struck a deal on who gets custody of Nahla while Berry shoots a movie abroad. Although Aubrey is happy with the time allotted for him to spend with Nahla, he is not satisfied with one specific clause in general.
Aubrey must have a nanny present when he spends time with his daughter. Aubrey wants this stipulation removed by the judge.
Aubrey's lawyer, Gary Fishbein argued for the model's case this morning and Berry's counsel powerhouse family law lawyer Neal Hersh was there to counter.
The judge has taken the matter under consideration, but has yet to reach a final decision on the matter.
Berry is currently in Europe filming her latest project Cloud Atlas.
