A little girl serenading her mum with cancer is the sweetest thing you will see all day.

A video of four-year-old McKenna singing to her mum, Diana, went viral last week after The Ellen DeGeneres Show shared a video on its Facebook page.

Singing Martina McBride's cancer-fighting ballad I'm Gonna Love You Through It, the video has been viewed over 29 million times.

Diana is battling stage four Hodgkin's lymphoma.

This week, Ellen DeGeneres invited McKenna and her family on the show to talk about the video, but also to give the family a surprise of her own.

McKenna came out on stage holding hands with Martina McBride to sing the duet to Diana, reducing everyone to tears.
