Harley Bird looks like an ordinary 13-year-old, and says she never gets stopped in the streets by fans and the media.
However, when the young English actress speaks it's a different story. As the voice of one of the most popular children's characters in the world, Harley's voice is easily recognised by children and parents as Peppa Pig.
"People only started recognising my voice in the last couple of years," Harley told The Mirror.
"Once, me and my grandma were in a restaurant and this man said, 'You sound so familiar.' I was like, 'Do you have a kid?' and he said he had a four-year-old daughter. So I said, 'That's the one!'" said Harley.
Harley first became the voice of the popular pig when she was just six years old, in 2009.
"I have been the voice of Peppa Pig for seven years. It's been a really long time now," Harley said in an interview with the Express.
"I auditioned and it was the first role I ever got."
Peppa Pig is one of the most successful children's franchises ever. Merchandise sales are set to top $1.2 billion globally this year, and she even has her own theme park in the UK.
The successes haven't just been for the animated pig, either.
At age 9 Harley became the youngest ever British Academy Film Award winner after winning the Perfomer award at the British Academy Children's Awards in 2011 for her work as a voice artist on Peppa Pig.
"That was the best night of my life. It was amazing, so surreal," said Harley.
Harley, who lives in Hertfordshire with her parents Gill and Craig, her brother Rosco and sisters Taylor and Olivia, goes to London once a month to record Peppa Pig.
While the recording sessions do get in the way of school sometimes, Harley told the Express they try to record a lot in the summer break.
"We get through them quite quickly and do maybe four a day. I've done 150 episodes now, maybe more," said Harley.
Peppa Pig hasn't been Harley's only acting gig. She recently appeared in an episode of Doctor Who, and starred in the 2013 film How I Live Now.
"Words don't match the emotions I felt when I got the Doctor Who role. Peter Capaldi was so nice and Jenna Coleman is really, really cool," said Harley.
Harley, who is also training for her black belt in kickboxing, says she and Peppa have a lot in common.
"Me and Peppa are quite similar. We're both cheeky, we like to smile, we like to giggle. And I look a bit like Peppa, some would say," Harley told The Mirror, pointing at her nose.
"Peppa's part of me. I think I put a bit of myself in her. We'd be besties in real life."
