I live in a greenwood. Well, I will for another four weeks. We have the most beautiful house, but we have sold because the school is appalling. When I say that, there are two schools here, half of Greenwood is in area for one, half for the other.
The other school is marginally better, but the one we are in area for, is terrible. I had my daughters Year 3 teacher tell me she felt Maths wasn't important nowadays and that she wouldn't use it once she grew up. She also told me that my daughter was bright, but that she didn't have time to extend her so could I buy a few books from Woolridges and do it myself.
The Principal is not strong, he doesn't support his staff, therefore nothing will change while he is there.
Greenwood is a lovely suburb to live in, only if you have private school options in my opinion.
