I used ICSI and we finally got our BFP in 2008 on our 8th FET and in October 2008 gave birth to our identical twin girls. We are lucky enough to still have 11 blasts frozen and we have an appointment with a fertility specialist on the 25th of this month to organise a FET, I was just wondering if anyone knows if the success rates of FET ( day 5 blasts) are higher after already being pregnant or are they the same? Im not sure that I could go through 8 attempts again emotionally and financially.

I think there is a lot of random luck involved.
Apparently, if you have had a child before, it increases your chances of falling pregnant on any one IVF cycle by 5% - so helps a little bit.
But you are older now, so if you are now over 35 then your chances would go down a bit.
It's best not to get too hung up on the statistics I think. 11 Frozen blasts is a wonderful position to be in!
