I have been getting dizzy spells for a couple of days and have an appointment at the  GP today
at lunch. The first was on Tuesday when I was going home from work, lucky for me a neighbour came past.

I just checked my heart rate, it was 56 - iis that a bit too low? I am  41 and a bout 15kg overweight, certainly  not fit. My blood pressure has been 120/80 for the last20 yrs (lower when pregnant).

ETA I can't check my BP unless there's an  app for that.
