Nothing, which is why our yard is almost always overgrown.
I do the bulk of cleaning, major re-orgs, meal planning, grocery orders, cooking (mostly from scratch but don't bake bread anymore), veggie gardening and preserving, finances, social/fun plans, and daytime childcare.
My staff (aka husband!
) handles Ft work, car cleaning, garbage, dishes, toilet/bathroom cleaning, pet care, lawn mowing, grocery pickup, building projects and repairs, on-the-way-home errands, evening childcare, and other tasks as needed
We split up home renovations like plastering and painting and whatnot, laundry, and non-edible gardening.
If crap doesn't get done, it just doesn't get done. As long as everyone is fed, has room to relax, and has a clean outfit it's a job well done! The rest is just gravy.
As for what I'd LIKE to outsource, I'd be thrilled with a day or two of childcare and will be trying to make the money appear for this when I start school next year. I'd also dearly love to outsource lawn mowing and general front-garden tidying. I'd also like to be able to afford to eat at an actual restaurant once per week.
