ew. whenever I read things like this I am very grateful for our floorboards.

DS has got into a habit with me where I'll get him up in the morning, bring him to bed for a feed, then get up and change his nappy. without fail within 15 minutes of that new nappy he'll poop. didn't do it with DH over the weekend though >.<

DD used to do that too - either that or wee as soon as we took the nappy off. We ended up putting her straight on the potty for awhile after nappy change as it was easier to wash that out and wipe it with TP than it was to scrub the nappies. Doesn't stop her from knowing when the nappies are in the washing machine and making sure the next one is poopy though.

For me, it's the combintaion of a toddler with a real penchant for cat biscuits and an elderly cat who squarks and cries if thefood is up on the countertop. At the moment the cat is having to put up with having access to her food only at certain times but guaranteed if we forget to pick up the biscuits after one of those times...

Your extremely fluffy cat coming out of the litter with poo stuck around her bum. Then rying to get it off by scooting across the carpet. Thank god we don't have carpet anymore!

Nappy free time once ended in one of our dogs eating a "pre dinner snack" of babyturd pretty much straight from the source.

20 monther emerges from ensuite, suspiciously wet, with My toothbrush... with wet toilet paper clinging to the bristles.

Want to know what's worse Toddler+Maple Syrup+Carpet.

That was the day I ripped up the carpet, sanded the boards and stained them myself because it was A LOT less work than trying to scrub maple syrup out of the carpet  mellow.gif

My eeerrrrrrrrrrrrrghhhhh moment was when I came home today and realised I should have looked in the mirror before I left home. I had forgotten to brush my hair and wash my face and looked like David Bowie in Labyrinth if he ever tried to audition for a horror movie.
