Congratulations! I'm sure your late husband would be so proud of all you've achieved in the last year. More great things to come next year.

Will your kids have to change schools next year?

Fantastic news biggrin.gif I lived in rentals all my life until four years ago, and moving into our own home was such a fantastic feeling. Being able to hang pictures, paint walls, and make whatever changes we want to make is still an awesome feeling.

Hope you all enjoy your first christmas in your new home
