DD's mountain bike has just broken so wanted to get her a new one from santa but pretty much all the bikes in her size are sold out. So thought it would be a good idea to send her an IOU a bike for xmas letter from santa and then that way she can also choose the bike she would like since she is a fussy 9 year old, but I have no idea on how to write the letter or word it

Dear Child

You broke your bike
You have the blues

Go to the shops
A new bike to choose

Choose your colour
Maybe pink or blue

Or yellow or red
Would be good too

You should choose
One that you like

Pick a good one
And enjoy your bike!

Love Santa

Dearest <name>

I had planned to bring you
A brand new shiny bike
But I wasn't really sure
Just which one you'd like

So here's a little voucher
I hope that you don't mind
Take it to the bike shop
You can get your favourite kind

The shop has lots to choose from
My elves have made a few
I think it's the best way to get
The perfect bike for you

Love Santa
