What is with this weather?? Nearly late December and I'm still carting a brolly around in the car! Not knowing whether to make outside plans because it might rain We get a couple of warm days then the clouds & the humidity roll in again Slightly fluffy vent! We were supposed to have an end-of-school afternoon tea at the park today only to wake up and it looks like rain again!
im over it too!! - southwest, not perth, but same weather! i am a winter lover, but this is dragging on now, its ridiculous. give us some sunshine! (although i see its at least supposed to be nice for xmas day, thank goodness.)
Looks like you are getting your wish ....lots of nice weather this week
I only wish it wasn't forcast 38 for Xmas day I was hoping for a nice 28 or 30 !!!! mainly because even with Air-con our house gets warm with everyone coming and going and leavign doors open. My MIL decided to complain last time ....probably because she is the only one who doesn't go swimming LOL!!!
I just wish the weather for the 23rd and the 25th was swapped around - the 23rd is forecast to be cooler when we are having a pool day at Mums, and Christmas day is going to be hot when we are out at my BILs house with no pool.
With the cooler weather upon us, here is a collection of easy winter inspired cut, sew, knit crafts that you can do with the kids. There are glove monsters, no-sew scarfs, and sock snowmen. Winter is a great time to get crafting.
Fidgets and other sensory hand held toys are a great way to encourage attention and concentration. We all love to rock on a chair and click our pens or chew gum to stay alert and attentive, so why not let children have functional and socially acceptable fidgets too, to help them learn and keep them focused on learning.
