The same account has to be used across the devices if you want to share content. You need to sign out of iTunes on your phone and re-sign in under the account that purchased the item. On your daughter's laptop, the same thing applies. It's whichever account purchased the item that needs to be signed into to use those apps/music/videos etc.
I've got one iTunes account, and I sync several different devices, just ticking and unticking the different options on each device. My children use my iPod, so I've loaded that up with kids apps. But I've put a few of them on my iPad too.
