I am making this tomorrow:

Do you think it would be ok to make the stuffing today and keep it in the fridge? Just trying to save myself some time in the morning. I've never done turkey...OR made stuffing lol.

Made mine this morning and its in the fridge, so I hope its ok to do so! Not really anything in there that can go off in a day in the fridge then it will be cooked for a long time anyway.

It'll be fine, I do this when I roast a chicken, every few weeks in winter (I do a roast every Sunday in winter).  I chop all veg and do stuffing Sat night when kids in bed then on Sunday night just throw it all in the oven.
