It is inappropriate for children, save it for when your girls are older. Great movie though.

My 8 year old has seen it and she loved it. She's begging to go again.

I've seen it. To be honest I didn't even notice most of those things. Well the vomiting scene was a bit obvious, but maybe I just don't 'see' the dirt ;-P It was actually quite a good movie I thought.

I took my 12 going on 16yo DD last week on her birthday, but wouldnt take my 10yo DD if she was 12 if you know what i mean. It all depends on the child.
DD was the youngest one there. TBH if your child's watching glee then they should be fine because really its pretty much the same. In fact I think Glee has more 'adult themes' where as Pitch Perfect is quite light hearted fun.

I read the link, and it doesn't sound so bad to me. My 12 year old went with friends, I haven't seen it myself.

I have seen it, was a great movie. I cant think of anything really bad that was in it apart from vomiting....which we all do dont we? lol
Reference to drugs which im sure would just fly above their heads.

I have seen it and as PP said I think most inappropriate things would just fly over their heads. I remember seeing Grease when I was 10 and loving it. I watched it the other day with 10yo DD and was at some bits that I definitely didn't understand at 10 and neither did DD. She just loved the singing and fun aspects to it.

Saw it today, as charlottesmum04 said if they are already watching "Glee" then it's fine.
