I found a dress in a local shop just after having my ds.  Since then I have come across two more which I bought and love.  They're very versatile and can be dressed up or down.  I've just found another one, do you think four is too many?  They're all completely different colours and prints and they're fairly cheap too, have picked up each one from between $20 - $50.  Would you buy another?

Yes, I would.

They're reasonably priced and it's hard to find something you love that much!

Yes, I do think one can have too many one sleeved, off the shoulder kaftans. It is a very distinctive style, especially with that hem line.

If you like that sort of style maybe try the normal kaftan style dress. Or tunic dresses, or tunic tops and pants, just to vary it a bit.

If it were a plain round next dress, then you can't have oo many, but I agree with PP, with a distinctive cut, then I think you can have too many!

I think that is too many of the same type of dress when it is such a distinctive style.

I agree with PP that it's very distictive - and probably not a classic that you'll be wearing in 5-10 years.  I think 3 is enough.

I would stop now. Sorry, but that dress is seriously ugly. I cannot see how it would be flattering, aren't moo moo's for old fat people?

When I read the OP, I was going to say "go for it", but seeing the dress, I have to agree, 3 is plenty.

I do buy multiple colours of classic items, like I found a cardi I love for work, so have it in 4 colours, but I think that style is too distinctive.

Charming!

Personally I would probably stop at three OP, but obviously only you know if you will get the wear out of it and if it will be worth the money.

If that style is flattering to your shape and colour to your face, I would say go for it. You're saying 4 for under $200. That is a bargin if they stay looking fairly new for the next 6 months. With that style you could even cut of the bottom and wear with a stretchie black skirt.
