I have done WW a number of times so have quite a few of the booklets. From the booklet Eat Wisely, not sure of year but it was soon after they brought out then core plan option of no counting...
If female non breastfeeding, add 7
If female and breastfeeding, add 14
If 18-20yrs add 5
If 21-35, add 4
If 36-50, add 3
If 51-65, add 2
If your weight is 2 digits, add 8
If your weight is 3 digits, add 10
if you're under 160cm add 1
If over 160cm tall, add 2
If spend most of day sitting, add 0
If occasionally sit but mainly stand all day, add 2
If occasionally sit but mostly walk, add 4
If doing physically hard work most of the time, add 6
If your total is more than 33 for breastfeeding mums, cap your total to 33 points for good weight loss.
