SP: Quit plan

I've posted in the giving up sugar thread HERE but wonder if I need to actually buy the Sweet Poison Quit Plan book or just stick to meals with less than 10 gms of sugar.

FTR (when I am eating properly) I don't eat sugar laden cereals, sugar in my coffee, juice, soft drink, biscuits, cakes etc. I eat pretty clean but obviously I could be more consistent.

Does anyone have any comment on the quit plan or can I google most of what I need?
