Paleo in a nut-free school. How?

So it occurs to me that most of my baking/ snacks/ bread etc have almond flour in them. There are other types of flour we use too, but this is certainly a staple.
Just wondering what you send in your kids paleo lunch box to a nut free school?

Not a paleo person myself, but frittatas and fruit would be suitable snacks. Basically save cakes etc for home. Because nut flour cakes are a wee cheat to sneak cakes into a paleo diet... wink.gif
