I am not asking for medical advice, rather, shared opinions
I have gall stones - diagnosed about 18 months ago. Not bad enough to do anything about - have only had 1 bad attack in that time, and compared to people who have had 'bad attacks' it really wasnt that bad... I basically have discomfort from the bottom of my right breast and down about 10 cm - ie a hand span.
Now I have noticed that I have had no pain at all for about 6 months. My cholesterol has improved and have reduced my fat intake to a degree.
I have noticed that the last few days the discomfort has returned, and it very unfomfortable, but not painful or sharp or anything like that. Enough to have me walking around rubbing it constantly.
The things that I have done differently over the past week or so
- healthier lifestyle, some might call it a diet
very little fat at all, lots of healthier eating after Christmas blow out
- not drinking - am not a heavy drinker but might enjoy a couple of glasses of wine during the evening a few times a week - not currently drinking
- have been exercising a lot more
- hot, hot days - over 35C for the past week.
So, could any of these factors contribute to my recently returned gall bladder issues. Just curious
