They are LOADED with sugar, riddeled in the stuff, i looked at them not so long ago. There are better alternatives out there. I would go for a protein shake low in Sugar. I use Isowhey Compete, I use it as a recovery drink after training rather than a meal replacement, when I don't feel hungry at breckie and need to get something in I have a shake with a bit of bananna or strawberries.
When the new season of the biggest loser airs later this year Coles will probably restock.
As a PP said they are very high in sugar and there are better options out there. I use a raw protein powder as my meal replacement or my after workout drink. I have a few left in my cupboard if you are interested.
