A group of friends and I were chatting the other day and we started discussing sex (shocking I know) anyhoo one of my friends said she read something saying that people who have more regular sex lose weight more easily and seem to maintain a healthier weight overall. The reason behind this is the more sex you have the more endorphins you release and the less likely you are to overeat. All sound great right? Then we started speculating amongst the people we know/celebrities who would be doing it wild thing the most, and they were all well within a healthy weight range, and those who were less likely (the ones that were there and admitted to it lol) were struggling to maintain a healthy weight. When mentioning it to my DH he was well keen to partake in a little 'research' lol Is it a bunch of bolony or a known medical fact?
DISCLAIMER- the discussion was had over a few wines and was all in good humor, so hopefully this topic stays on the fun side
I don't think I would be basing anything about my life on what is reported about Celebrities lives. They often have chefs, personal trainers, often lipo, are probably on hunger suppressants and have odd working hours that would more likely accommodate a work out.
Personally, I don't think there is a link. But hey, willing to be showed otherwise!
