Progressive Car Insurance Ad
Can you explain - I don't get it ?!

Ok, was watching TV and every time this ad comes on I always think, dont get it so.....can anyone explain ?  It's the one where she says to the guy, do you want me to organize a quote and then some soccer players run around in the background and then she turns to the guy and say are you on another website and he says no but then eventually says yes ......
Ok, what is it about ?!

It's an online insurer, hence the guys in the background (soccer players are from other site). It took me ages to figure out that all the ads are like that (or others browsing the insurance website, like people in the background of the one where they are folding washing).
