So I have a lot of weight to lose. (Thinking around 50kg, maybe more) I am at a point where my health is declining because of my weight, so I have to do it now.
I am doing it the 'right' way. Started a healthy eating plan, starting to exercise etc. I was looking into gym membership, but I don't want to go to a gym that is full of trim toned people as I would be very self conscious. At this point I also only need a gym that has a treadmill etc (ie don't need classes yet, as I need to do low impact exercise)
Is anyone a member of anytime fitness? What are the monthly costs, and is it good value? And any other info that you can tell me would be good.
