Woohoooo, scored a job interview on Thursday for an job as Marketing Co-Ordinator/Admin in a REal Estate Agency.

Smile a lot.
Apparently there was some study that videotaped job interviewees and there was a very high correlation amongst those who smiled the most getting the job.
If they are interviewing you, they have pretty much decided that you are qualified for the position - they just have to decide if they like you and can work with you!

Well i was 1 of 4 people interviewed, but I didn't get it. someone with a bit more experience did. But they are keeping my resume on file

Bad luck but just put it down as experience and the industry getting to know you.

To get to the interview stage is a great step - so think of that as a positive.

A friend said his philosophy is that every interview is one step further to getting a job.
