Need a christening gift in a hurry

Just found out that BIL and SIL are having a christening for our 2.5 year old niece. Don't get me started on the late notice etc. no idea what gift to get. Can't be toys or clothes and I don't want a religious gift. Any ideas? Looking to spend $300.
