I am thinking of buying a pressure cooker. The girls ar work swear by them and say how great they are.

Now I have checked it all out, but the one thing I can't find out is if I can sauté/ brown the meat first then cook it for the remainder of the time.
Does anyone have this model or can you recommend one that sauté as well.
Also has anyone cooked a roast in one?
