I am doing some entertaining and having friends with kids over for lunch x3 seperate dates
Have actually been doing a bit of entertaining lately and I am rather sick of BBQ
Please offer me some suggestions of what you would offer me if I was coming over to your place for lunch?

I don't want to do DIY rolls or quiche

I was thinking maybe a roast with apple crumble for one time

any other suggestions?????

Baked potatoes where everyone gets to dress their own.
A mexican meal, where again people can put together their own (such as burritos etc served with mexican rice or the like).
Indian style mini banquet.

If you roast lamb, serve it up with pita bread, shredded lettuce, chopped tomato, diced cucumber, tzatziki or hommous dip - DIY souvlaki!
