Hi all,

I have a sore breast only one and only in one spot, I can't feel any lumps or anything different it is just tender to touch, it has been like this for hmm nearly 3 months, but cause we are TTC I thought it might be that I was preg (the first month) or just hormones so thought I would wait till I get my montly's and see if it goes away but it didn't....I can't get into my dr for another 2 weeks, and I live rural so can't get into another dr as they aren't' taking new patients.......

HMmm I dont' really know why I am posting this, maybe just looking for reassurance?

bruise from poking it too much? Lol, just kidding.

I get cysts in my breasts from time to time, and they can be very painful and tender. Mine have tended to be more of a burning type pain though - almost like a chinese burn, but inside my boob! So it could be a cyst...

Hope it's nothing, good to get to the doc and get them to have a look. I'm sure they'll send you for an ultrasound so they can see whats going on.

Good luck op

You can decrease breast pain by reducing the movement of your breast. To reduce your breast movement.
Having a warm bath can help in decreasing the pain in your breasts. When water hit your breasts in can help in easing the pain and is comforting. If you don’t find it comforting, it is beast that you avoid warm shower.
Some doctors may also suggest hormone replacement therapy or medication to control the hormone levels in the body and reduce breast pain.
