I got a box of pretty pink macarons in assorted flavours. Waiting for DS to be asleep so we can share them.

We don't normally do anything for Valentine's Day so it was a nice surprise.

I got some red roses and some little love duck figurines, which sit nicely next to our handmade birds nest cake topper that was on our wedding cake a week or so back original.gif

Umm nothing.  Not even a kiss or a 'Happy Valentine's'

We don't really do the Hallmark holidays.

He is away from home at the moment but sent a text message with a phrase that means absolutely nothing to anyone but us. It made me smile and go a bit mushy inside. blush.gif  wub.gif

I got a bottle of wine and I got him some chocolates. We don't normally celebrate it so it was a nice surprise to both of us.

Another in the nothing camp. We don't celebrate it and DH only just arrived home tonight after a week away so we've barely had a chance to speak to each other yet.

Well, that's passion...of a different kind I guess, but still....there's always make up sex!

I got a hand made card...from my son! Yes I know...lame.....but I liked it...

I wasn't expecting DH to get/make me anything but he made me a card + bought me heart shaped macaroons... and I didn't have ANYTHING ready to give him! So I made him his favourite dinner lol

I dropped my DH off at 4am at the airport (he is FIFO) neither of us remembered at that time of day. We don't celebrate it anyway, with 2 kids birthdays either side this month, it's expensive enough without bowing to commercialism.

When he phones tonight we might not remember then either LOL

A beautiful set of royal blue sheets. They go fabulously with our  blue and gold silk bed spread from Thailand.

And he will be getting a special dinner when he gets home from work at about 11.30 tonight lol

We had one yesterday, so I cancelled the dinner out I'd booked for tonight.

We don't celebrate Valentine's Day.

I got spoilt  biggrin.gif

A single red rose, a big box of Ferrero's, a bottle of wine and a plush teddy bear. (All of which but the wine DD is trying to pinch lol)

We are also going jewellery shopping on the weekend but I am not sure if that's for my birthday next month or just cause he loves me.

For him, he got a roasted pork belly with crackling and roasted veg.

This is splurging for us as usually its just a kiss on the cheek and be done with it.
