Just wondering what everyone does.I wear a smudge of eyeliner, natural eyeshadow and mascara daily, and a small bit of face powder. Is it more of a habit for you, or do you find it makes you feel better about yourself?

None! Not for five years. And my skin has never looked better. However, if I do go out somewhere I care to worry about it, I do tinted moisturizer, pressed powder, brown-black mascara, and lipgloss or lipstick. Sometimes a little bronze/golden shimmer eyeshadow if I'm feeling fancy. Eyeliner for nighttime events.
Honestly, it depends on my mood whether it makes me feel better or not. I really have an unhealthy amount of pride in my natural kinda peaches-n-cream thing I have going and sometimes makeup feels like more of a chore to avoid standing out. Other times, more rarely, I enjoy all the tiny touches and attention to detail and making a bit of art with my face

I wouldnt even wear that going out lol.
The only makeup I own has come free with magazines and if I can find them I believe they're still in wrapper.
Havnt worn makeup in about 10 years

foundation, mascara and lipstick.
If it's fancy, eyeshadow. I never did get the hang of eyeliner.

Tinted moisturiser, black mascara and vit E oil on lips. I think the mascara makes me look better as I am a bit fair, and I love the way the vit E oil looks on my lips, plus it's good for them.

Foundation, concealer, lip tint.
On work days I add blusher and lipstick.

I wear the lot! Though it depends on my mood if I use liquid or powder foundation.
I think it's mostly habit from working in retail, but some days I put it on to feel better. Sometimes I just want to feel glamorous too
ETA I don't usually wear lipstick, mainly lip balm or gloss

For work and going out somewhere special I wear tinted 25+ moisturizer, foundation, mineral powder, bit of bronzer, blush, eyeshadow, eyeliner and mascara. I make sure it all looks very natural and I blend well.
Local shops etc. bit of blush and mascara and sometimes the tinted moisturizer.
I would never go to work without make up, I like to look professional and groomed.

Sunscreen, foundation, mascare, eye shadow, blush, lipstick. Less than 5 minutes to do it. The only ones who don't wear makeup at work are the guys.
If I'm lazy, foundation, mascara and lipstick.

I have terrible skin so almost every day I wear dove tinted moisturiser. If Im working I also add foundation, powder, blush and mascara.
I really envy people with beautiful, clear skin

I don't wear makeup everyday but do wear it to work or when I go out somewhere. I love makeup.
When I do wear make up it consists of primer, eye primer, eye shadow (3 different colours), black eye shadow blended into lash line, liquid eyeliner, mascara, mineral foundation and bronzer.
I always do my eye makeup first and then put foundation on.
I don't wear lipstick just lipbalm when I need it.
ETA: I like makeup but I don't feel I "need" it, or any better with or without it.

My moisturiser/ sunscreen is tinted so that adds a bit of colour and I usually dab some concealer under my eyes as I'm permentately tired. Most days I wear mascara. On work days I add light blush, pressed powder, eyeliner and tinted lip gloss.

I wear it partially out of habit, partially to stop the comments about how tired I look and partially because I'm quite self-conscious. I don't wear heavy make up and I don't cover all areas of my face with foundation, just mainly under/around the eye area, a touch on my nose and on the scarred areas of my chin basically.
I wear light foundation (would love to find a tinted sunscreen that isn't zinc oxide based - allergy), one coat of mascara, cheek tint and if the black patches under my eyes are really noticeable then I'll also use a little bit of highlighter around the eye area/top of cheekbones. If going out, it's pretty much the same but with a little thin eyeliner, maybe some sheer eyeshadow and lip gloss (tinted or not).
Admittedly, when I don't wear any make up for about a week, like PPs my skin looks alot healthier but I'm embarassed to say I can't shake the self-focus. Also, getting perioral dermatitis in the last 3 years has made me very self-conscious of my skin.
edit: sounded wrong on re-read

I don't wear makeup most days, and like a PP my skin is grateful for it.. When I do wear day makeup it's usually just light foundation, sometimes with highlighter, eyeshadow and maybe mascara if I need an extra pick me up or I have a meeting.
I use lip balm/gloss rather than lipstick, although I need to learn how to make it stay longer. Any suggestions are welcome :-)

If I am going out (to work, or somewhere special) I wear:
bit of eyeshadow

I never leave the house without make up on. I wear foundation, eye liner, eyebrow pencil, eye shadow, mascara, lipstick and finish off with powder.
If I am having a lazy day at home I don't wear make up, unless visitors are coming.
I even wore it for an MRI even though the paperwork said no make up. No one bothered or asked me to remove it (I was prepared if they asked me to)
I wear make up for me, not for anyone else.

Non work day- tinted moisturizer, under eye concealer, bit of bronzer, mascara and paw paw ointment on lips.
Work day or night out- the same but with dark brown eyeshadow, black liquid eyeliner and nude colour lippy.
I'm loving the bright, vibrant lipstick look at the moment. I bought a cheap Rimmel lippy in a bright orangey red to give it a go but it makes me look like Coco the clown. I'll stick with the nude shade.

At the mo, none. Have been on mat leave for 2 years, going back in March. From March, full face for weekdays, nothing on weekends.

None, none to work either.
I did go through a stage of wearing mineral powder, eye shadow and mascara but I got sick of that quickly. In my job I don't need make up to look professional.

I wear makeup everyday even if I'm not going anywhere. I would never leave the house without it on!
I do love makeup and am a makeup artist so that is why. I always make sure to remove it all and cleanse and put on moisturiser every night. Luckily it doesn't effect my skin adversly in any way, it's always been clear and healthy no matter how much I wear and that includes the very very heavy oil based SPFX makeup and latex I have at times had put on me by other makeup artists.
Daily I wear sunblock, primer, foundation, powder, blush, eyeshadow, liner, mascara and lipgloss. I just change the colours, amount used etc depending on where I'm going

I wear tinted lip gloss for fancy events or when I know my photo will be taken.
Posted 16 February 2013 - 12:20 PM
None. But I do occasionally put some foundation, mascara and maybe lipstick on when I go out at night. I bought my first ever eye liner before I moved to China and it is still wrapped in plastic. I have no idea how to use it!!
I am very happy to hear that others don't wear any makeup. Our ayi commented to my husband that I am very "common" because I don't flounce myself up on a daily basis. That actually stung a bit at first, but I think maybe the word she used doesn't carry the same connotations as "common" in English. Then I decided common is good. I don't want to be anything special.
Her previous employee (American) aparently had an hour long beauty ritua just for staying at homel

I wear an SPF foundation, blush, eyeshadow, eyeliner, mascara and lipstick most days.
I can do it in about 3 minutes flat and I do it for me. I have good skin but am very fair and look quite tired without it.

None. Makeup doens't make me feel better about myself. It makes me feel like I'm bowing down to social pressures.
