Anyone bought a hands free car kit lately?

I'm looking to buy a Bluetooth hands free kit for my car and after some recommendations.

I really don't want to spend a whole lot of $$$ (tight budget).  Had a quick look on eBay but there are so many I'm not sure which are the decent ones.

Can anyone recommend one if you've purchased one recently.

Gave my DH one for Xmas.

It is a Jabra one that I got from Bing Lee. It cost about $60 and works really well, very simple to use. DH is really happy with it.
