Got anymore recipes to share anyone? What have you made lately that was a hit? I need to expand my repetoire!
I cooked it up til the 'simmer for 2 hours stage' then I dumped it in the slow cooker on low for 5 hours. Ad i only used 1 cup of water not 2!
It freezes and reheats beautifully.
I would use leaa chilli next time for the kids sake
Oh and I used 1kg diced lamb shoulder.
I think chicken thigh fillets would work too!
