Okay as title suggest what are your favourite recipes to make in your bread maker?

I'm new to bread making, but have been mking scrolls for lunch boxes by hand and thought this may also help in the dough making part

I'm really interested to see people's responses to your question, I'm after some recipes to! I've just been using the recipe booklet that came with my breadmaker (Breville brand) and although I don't mind the bread it produces, my husband has asked me to buy him 'normal' bread. I did use it to make dough for breadrolls that I then shaped and baked in the oven, but again my husband doesn't like them. I think it's the texture, it's quite thick and not airy like we are used to with bread from Bakers Delight.
