I'm really interested to see people's responses to your question, I'm after some recipes to! I've just been using the recipe booklet that came with my breadmaker (Breville brand) and although I don't mind the bread it produces, my husband has asked me to buy him 'normal' bread. I did use it to make dough for breadrolls that I then shaped and baked in the oven, but again my husband doesn't like them. I think it's the texture, it's quite thick and not airy like we are used to with bread from Bakers Delight.
