I have excess skin on my abdomen, mostly from being pregnant with 3 big babies. Is there anything I can do, or isn't just a case of unlucky genetics??? I have started exercising more regularly and am losing weight and my stomach is just getting flabbier and wrinklier. I am not hugely overweight and never have been- my current BMI is 26.2 after losing 3kgs over the last month.
I am in the same boat 8 years after my youngest. If I do lots of exercise and get a bit of a six pack going it 'fills" the wrinkles out. However the only way to get anything perminant is abdominoplasty. I was quoted 12,000 - that was minus stitching the muscles together / liposuction as I didn't need either.
Now I have just learnt to live with it - corsettes work a treat if you are self conscious in the bedroom.
