Tomorrow I want to make up a batch if toasties for morning tea using some sour dough I have left over but I am a bit stuck on toppings.. I was going to mix up some butter, cheese and mustard to melt under the grill for some but does anyone else have any ideas on toppings?

I like pickles, ham and cheese. Or olives, ham and cheese.

My DH's favourite (breakfast this morning) is avocado mashed up and mixed with tuna (we use the Sirena one in chilli oil).
It makes great sandwiches, dip or is delicious spread on toast.
