Has anyone built a house using Kitome, and what was the cost if you don't mind sharing. They have some lovely plans, but no prices. I would like a ball park figure for a four bedroom if possible. original.gif

Even if you get the kit price, I remember being told about 6 years ago to at least double the price to get to lock up.

They have some lovely homes!

We were told the same a few months ago, kit price and the same amount to build so basically double.
We found a lovely plan but after we heard how much it was going to cost to build had to rethink our plans to move.
The 4 bedroom home was around 250K for the kit. I think I have the price list somewhere, we just got it posted to us and DH went and had a chat to the local rep.

We went though a few of the homes from PAAL, probably at least 15 years ago though. I was very impressed at the time. They seem to have expanded their business a great deal since then.
