AAAGH!!

DH and I are moving from QLD to SA 5 weeks before our due date. We are originally from SA and all of our family are there and DH has just secured a great job that he starts in the next few weeks so it is the best move we can make before having a new baby BUT does anyone know what do I need to do to transfer from the hospital here to the one down there???

We moved from Vic to SA when I was 34 weeks original.gif

For public hospitals, ring the pregnancy referral line to book your first appointment. 1300 368 820. The hospitals are zoned so it will depend where you're living.

There's not really a transfer of records. My hospital in Vic printed out all my notes, test/scan results, etc and I brought them with me to my first appointment in SA.

Good luck with the move and pregnancy original.gif
