Last night I missed the bottom step of our stairs and have a very very swollen and bruised ankle and so I am on crutches
Being 13wks pg my OB has said Panadeine or Panadeine Forte if needed.  When I went to the chemist this morning I was intending to get some Arnica or 'A Little Bit of Relief' - to try and bring down the bruising and swelling.  But the pharmacist thought it was not a good idea - as many natural therapies have not been tested in pregnancy.
Can anyone help me with info on what I can do other than ice and elevation etc?
