I just caught your story. It's not your fault. I can understand why you were so scared.

Please consider talking to your GP about your experience, if you trust them, or there are some support groups for traumatic births too.

You're not the only one who feels like this. I didn't have any quite as bad a time but it took me a while to be brave enough to try again. Second time was much better but I still feel like I failed at pushing.
