Nettnett that sounds positive!

You went from nothing on there to something... So that's exciting!

What day is your BETA?

It's so hard to not test. I'm going to try. There's none in the cupboard so I will try to restrain myself from buying some.

I second desk naps!

are you using FRER nettnett?
fingers crossed for your beta next week :)

AFM, I am only 4DP5DT, I am soooo tired, and sorry for TMI but this morning I had really gross discharge like balls of paper, I guess from the crinone, and now I have an upset tummy, I just want to go home and sleep and cry. I am worried I won't get a bfp :( I hate the TWW!

This all wreaks havoc on your guts doesn't it. I'm bloated and all sorts of gross.

Mrs Jacko I think you should treat yourself to a giant bowl of pasta and a chick flick tonight.

I have gained almost 2 kilos since I started IVF. Whoops.

I bought some sticky date pudding for later ;)

That's such positive news Nett! Will keep my fingers crossed for you!!

MrsJ - try not to worry too much and keep yourself distracted. It's kind of working for me. One of my best friends is due with her first baby friday. She has started having some contractions today so I'm kind of hoping I'll get newborn cuddles soon. Hopefully the baby dust rubs off.

Kitty- BETA is on Tuesday 9th, waiting an extra day because I wanted to enjoy my long weekend skiing! Now I am hoping it's something worth waiting for it.

Mrs j - I hope the sticky date is wonderful. Just using eBay cheepies, I figure it covers my addiction at a low cost, and will double check with FRER on the weekend when I'm at 9dp5dt. They have been showing negative until last night, so it's either I have hit a bunch of dodgy tests all of a sudden or it's a faint positive.

Will wait till Friday night or Saturday morning when it should have theoretically doubled to use a FRER. Psychologically just trying to help myself through to the weekend, to help me finish off the working week, before I try to confirm or get a negative on it.

I meant to say this earlier - but it's really 8dpo that's the earliest you can get a reliable HPT +ve.

Implantation (and the commencement of HCG production) occurs anywhere from day 6 to day 12 post ovulation - and it can be detected in the blood 24 hours after that, and in the urine a further 24 hours after bloods.

It's looking like a VERY positive month after a rocky start for you Nett Nett!

See what your FRER line is like (and post pics) but if you're testing on a cheapies, your first beta should be above 20, because thats their sensitivity (typically 20-40) . FRER's unpublished but widely tested out is 10miu.

Good Luck!

Just adding - evaps disappear, and tend to be colourless.

If you have colour, and it's there much later, it's a good sign!

My best friend had her baby early this morning, I got a call at 6.30am and then all I could think about was if we were pregnant at the same time... I caved a POAS and I there was a faint 2nd line... Faint but there I'm sure of it.

that's fantastic Ash, I hope the line is darker tomorrow :)

Ash that's awesome! How many days past transfer are you?

I'm 6DP5DT today. No symptoms at all yet and will retest again tomorrow. My partner could see the line too though so hopefully it'll just get stronger.

Sorry its taken me an hour to figure out how to post a picture.

FRER indicates same faint positive 8dp5dt, fingers crossed its not a chemical pregnancy BETA next Tuesday. I might try to convince GP to bring forward tomorrow. so I can have a second BETA on Tuesday to see if HCG is rising.

Mine was just like that too Nett. I have no idea how to post the pic though.

That's a positive there. Even if you can't get earlier bloods, you can count yourself as a hcg of 10 (or more) today. So as long as Tuesday is above 40, you are up the duff!

Yep. Definitely looks like a winner to me! How exciting!!!

So it's a BFP for me today after yesterday's super faint line it's much stronger today. Keeping it quiet and fingers crossed for bloods on Tuesday.

Yep Ash, that's what mine looks like this morning too! A much clearer second line... Congrats , we will be both due next feb if they stick!

I snuck into GP today and he did my BETA,and another urine test.  but because I'm in a rural area I won't get results till Sunday. But that's ok. I'm booked back in with DH for next Wednesday for follow up BETA early morning so 2nd results  should be back on Thursday

I'm 6DP5DT and I have AF type cramps and I have been crying all day.
I am not that type of emotional person normally but I can't stop, I think it's over for me.

#45 Nettnett

Mrs J I was so much like that myself at 6dp5dt. I was on a huge downer. I have AF cramps that have been there on and off for a week, some days like yesterday I was convinced AF is coming and that my test is just picking up a chem pregnancy. But everything I read keeps saying early pregnant cramps are just like AF cramps. So I am hoping so for you it's the same.

Try to stay positive MrsJ. This wait is super emotional and Ive been having a few cramps etc as well. Don't give up hope. Sending you lots of happy thoughts.

How are you feeling today Mrs j? Been thinking of you.

AFM - I'm now in the 2ww!
Blood test on the 17th.

Is it normal that I didn't feel anything in the transfer? My bladder was so full I thought I might explode...

#48 mrsJacko

Posted 06 June 2015 - 02:49 PM

I am doing better today, a lot better than yesterday, not as much doom and gloom.
I am having random cramping today. I am CD27 and 7DP5DT, so in theory AF would be due in the next day or so.

Kitty I didn't feel anything at the transfer either, I was surprised.

That's great you are feeling better! And no spotting. That's good!

I asked my specialist about cycle days and I was told that AF (if it was going to come, let's hope not) would be 2 weeks post EPU and that it's not the same as a normal 28 day cycle. That basically goes out the window because it's dictated by all the drugs.

I thought it was strange that I couldnt feel anything too. It wasn't on a ultrasound screen either but I got to see the blastocyst which was amazing :-)

I have been thinking of you too MrsJ and so glad your feeling better. Hang in there!

I didn't feel anything at my transfer either. I was so worried it pee myself!!
