I feel the same re pgd tested embryos. We only have one (the one we will FET in just over a month) and it will be our fourth transfer all up. After watching four corners I don't really know what to think. My clinic has the best 'numbers' of any in Australia, they are certainly higher than 3% for a 43 year old. Age is my one and only problem (at 39), given they can't find any other issues and I've had two kids without IVF. So not sure if that makes my chances better than someone of the same age who has no children already or not.

I do think perhaps some greater regulation is needed, it's a fine line when it's a medical issue. My FS was very clear with us at the start that he does not advocate cycle after cycle til you get a result - his stats show/ his opinion is if it's going to work it will work sooner rather than later.

Meerkat: so sorry this cycle hasn't worked for you. It sucks - not much more to say than that! Be kind to yourself and give yourself s break, I have found the forced break due to my miscarriage a welcome change to the constant-ness of IVF - when you are in it you can't not think about it.

I will have a cocktail or 20 for all of you lovely ladies in Fiji over the next couple of weeks, and see you in early July for FET.

I hope there are more Bfps next month!
