Anyone else have a cyst show up at their dating scan? My ob said not to worry and he's sure it will be gone by the 12 week scan but the wait is killing me, 2 and a half weeks to go :( I've read through the research and trust my ob but still the serious consequences of it persisting is terrifying.

My ob actually said he wouldn't even normally report on a cyst that early as its not worth the worry in the first trimester (as most disappear) so Im kicking myself for having the dating scan and should have just waited to see my obs.

I had one in my last pregnancy at 6 weeks and it was gone at 12 weeks.

I think this time there was one as well but I didn't pay much attention.

Oh awesome! That makes me feel positive. I know most the research is quite poisitive (well for first tri) but its much more reassuring actually hearing first hand accounts, thank you
