Hi all,

Since the beginning I have had pain/cramps in my lower stomach and am now 10 weeks and still get this. I have read it is normal due to our body changing/stretching but I still get worried when I get pains...

Sometimes it's an ache or sometimes a sharper pain.

I also get very bloated and lots of gas pains too..

And also lots of change in bowel movements...

Anyone getting all this?

When should I be worried and get checked/scan?

My 12 week scan is in 2 weeks.

Thanks

I wouldn't worry unless you have bleeding too. Maybe try and work on your bowels/wind by eating foods that help make you go (pear, kiwi, dried fruit etc) or laxatives if needed and see if that helps. Have you had any abdo surgery like a lap? I think scar tissue and adhesions can make the stretching and things more painful.
