Does anyone have any suggestions as to where I can look for nice watches for my teen and tween kids? A family member wants to buy each of them a nice watch for Christmas and I have no idea where to look. DS is still a small 14 yo and most men's style watches are too big for him. He prefers the digital sports style and loves his $15 Big W one at the moment!
We're planning to go to the Canberra Centre tomorrow to do some Christmas shopping and I thought we could pop into a few shops just to have a look. So which shops should we check out?

Rip Curl do really nice ones, when I was 13 I got my first watch and it's a Rip Curl one, with changeable wristbands, I've still got it actually, they're very reliable and quite a broad range is available. They do start around the $150 mark though. But there are other surf brands that are a little cheaper.
The advantage of the surf style watches, though, is that they're (usually) waterproof. So less issues with remembering to take them on and off for showering etc.
