I was offered a test similar to the harmony. It's a long story, but in the end I opted for a cvs for to my age. I'm glad I did. It tests for more things and it's more accurate. The harmony is quite accurate for t21 and sex related chromosome issues, but for things like T18 the accuracy is around 85% I wanted more certainty. Good luck with your decision and your pregnancy.

What does the Harmony test involvee and what does it look for?
It's a simple blood test. It tests for t21, T18 and t13 as well as sex chromosomes. The quoted accuracy differs for each thing they test. They say they pick up 99% of t21 cases and the same for sex chromosomes. T18 and t13 are lower. You can find out from their website.
It really is great technology and it's non invasive. It's still new and not covered under Medicare, so it is expensive. Around $400-$500
