Unfortunately it looks like I'm out. The bleeding had become heavier as the day has progressed and now feels like a standard heavy period to me. Just had the u/s (external and internal) and whilst I am still super early - 4w5d - with nothing seen the radiographer was saying by the amount of blood it certainly matches up with a mc. Desperately want a big drink tonight but hubby has convinced me not to until after the follow up bloods on Monday.

Utterly gutted but at the same time, this is my 3rd pregnancy and the second time we conceived in the first month so I am seeing light form that. I just want the bleeding to stop so that I can freshen up mentally (seeing the blood when I wipe is heartbreaking) and then move into a new month.

Sending my love to you all for a healthy, trouble-free and wonderful journey ahead, hope you all enjoy the ride xx

Dazzle I'm so sorry to hear that :(

Scan went well today. Everything looking perfectly normal and measuring at 7+1 with an EDD 5/10. Heart rate was 136. I was exactly right with my dates - GP doubted me. Haha.

Can't not fault the place though- beautiful set up and I got pictures as well as a DVD of the scan. And I can even look it up on their app if I want to as well!

Try not to worry Bidi - as difficult as it is I know. It's normal to have good days and bad days x

Hi everyone,

Long story to our journey - this is my fourth pregnancy, however we have one child (who is five).

Have been going through IVF so very early and cautious days for us.

Bloods measuring 2000 as of Wednesday and we have a scan with our specialist on Monday. I have a feeling it's going to be a long weekend.

Just wanted to come in and say hello and wish everyone all the best.

Bidi I could have written your exact post today also, no nausea today (usually bad for half the day) some slight cramping and it all just scares the crap out of me... :( hate this feeling, just want the twelves weeks to come and have that scan and everything just fine with bub!

Completely understand kSel86 re: scared.

Loads of hugs and good wishes. Hope the nausea returns ASAP and your mind is at ease soon.

Felt a bit AF like when DTD this morning and felt my cervix getting irritated. Sure enough, just like I used to get pre preg got brown spotting. I could always tell.

Hope it's nothing, I've put a liner on to monitor just in case. I'm sure it's nothing to worry about, brown is good.

How are you going now Gerbera? I hope everything is alright.

It certainly is a scary time.

Reading about your scan Pigling makes me excited though - mine is on the 27th.

I wrote before about having no symptoms - well now tiredness seems to have caught up with me and also my boobs are sore sore sore!!! I guess it was going to happen!

Have a good Sunday everyone. I hope you have some nice plans.
