V tight gel Has anyone used it

Has anyone used v tight gel or any other vaginal tightening creams.
I have made an appointment to see my GP and also plan to see a specialist physio but it would be great to hear of others experiences.

I do think child birth has made my vagina looser and my pelvic floor weaker which affects my sexual pleasure and also causes stress incontinence.

So I hoping to try a few things, also maybe the ben wa balls.

Tightening creams and gels may work temporarily, however the better, long-term option is to regularly do your pelvic floor exercises.

There are apps you can download to remind you to do them each day and give you programs to follow.

There are physiotherapists who specialise in that area.  I think that would be a better starting point than a tightening cream.

I wouldn't be putting any cream anywhere down there until you've spoken to a medical professional x

I'd go the balls. Apparently they are great for pelvic floor - I bought some but haven't been game to use them yet...

I would make an appointment to see a womens health physiotherapist to discuss it with them.

Just saw GP and she says my issue is very minor and I will be fine if I do some exercises and lose some weight. She said creams are more for post menopausal women which doesn't apply to me.
I have just bought online some kegel balls. That will be interesting but I figure a lot cheaper than seeing a physio so I will try this first.

Shall echo everyone else and say see a physic, even if it's just one visit to assess. You can actually do the exercises incorrectly which can worsen your issue.
