My mother had extra mammary Pagets. Basically the cancer can affect the skin of the breasts or genital area and hers was genital area. Treatment for her was excision, no radio or chemo. They managed to get it all, clear margins, and she is cancer free. I hope your outcome is as positive. Sending you good vibes. I will be thinking of you.

Thanks everyone, if does mean a lot

DS is away for three weeks with a school trip at the moment making it easier to deal with this.

Hopefully it will be a simple operation to get rid of it, this size of the area does worry me, I can only find out today what it means
