Hoping someone can help, asking for my sister in law.
My nephew is getting christened and she would like to have the towel to be personalised. Where can she go to get this done and not pay an arm and a leg?
There are a lot of specialised places that do all these things however they are charging a lot and my SIL would like to do this on a sensible budget.
I have tried googling however it seems most places online do corporate embroidery/personalisation.
Would Spotlight and such do this?

Hard to say unless you can say what 'a sensible budget' looks like.
There this: http://www.julzembro...steningwedding/ which is cheaper than the $50-60 I found on other sites.
I know our local tailoring and clothing alteration places offer this type of service too but I have found them reasonably expensive in clothing alterations so wouldn't be hopeful of a cheap option there.

You could try nancyscreations.com.au. I haven’t used them but didn’t think their pricing was that bad

Tell her to go to her local sewing/crafty/fabric store and ask there.
I used to work in such a store and we had lists of our customers who were happy to do little one off jobs for people.

I would google local embroidery businesses or scope out the handmade markets/facebook pages

My sister had towels embroidered with names for all the cousins for Christmas once. Had it done by a local alterations shop I think. I’d ask around for local alterations shops and dry cleaners. Dry cleaners often do alterations too.
