Honestly just let the kids play. If you must have something extra maybe have a piñata game.

It is amazing the games I see kids invent with a simple soccer ball.

Maybe get some of those plastic markers if no actual field

Maybe have things like bubbles (if that is allowed these days), small travel games (a box of mix stuff that will either get played with or not)

Drawing things?

plastic bowling
pin the tail on the donkey.
Bean bag tossing
some sort of 'target' game (not shooting real arrows etc. but aiming something at a target?)

My favourite party game is the chocolate game. You take it in turns to roll a dice, and when you roll a 6 it’s your turn. You have to put on a couple of silly items of clothing (like a hat and pair of glasses, then try and eat a block of chocolate with a knife and fork (one square at a time). As soon as the next person rolls a 6 it’s the end of your turn. I’ve only ever played it indoors, but I see no reason it couldn’t be played in a park.

Just let them play. Maybe a piñata.

I have an 8 year old and a just turned 11 year old. I haven't done games at parties in YEARS. They just love running around with their friends.
